On behalf of the entire Institute, I want to extend my very best wishes and full support to Maryland Governor Larry Hogan as he battles cancer.  We were honored to have him serve on our board, where he displayed the same tenacity, optimism and sense of humor that will help him defeat this terrible disease. We are praying that he will overcome this challenge and return to the important work of changing Maryland for the better.
