Carol Park is a senior policy analyst at the Maryland Public Policy Institute. She graduated with an M.A. in international and development economics from Yale University and received her B.A. from the University of Toronto, double majoring in economics and international relations. She worked previously as a research associate at the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation and as a policy researcher at the Independent Institute. During her spare time, Carol enjoys blogging and traveling around the world.
